Mountains of sadness
The endless rain of regrets
Yesterday’s twilight
The span of ages
From the birth of time
The human being comes
Plagued by doubt and fear
The unsolvable riddle
The Gordian knot
We ask the questions
Why does my heart beat, pump blood?
Why do I perceive?
Scratching the lessons
In lives that have no meaning
Dull stylus, blank slate
What can we posses?
What matters? Faith, the future?
A handful of sand
There is only us
The division of our cells
Turning like a clock
With broken hands, time
The piecemeal calculation
Of eternity
The human equation
The nocturne of tomorrow
The tragic finish
Mountains of sorrow
Climbing in uncertainty
Spinning on the wheel
